This one bedroom/1bath unit offers an amazing view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The dining room and living room area opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico takes your breath away. The kitchen is updated with beautiful cabinets and granite counter tops. The cabinets are filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and walk- in closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo. As a guest of John’s Pass Condo’s you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.
